Standard Plus System

The system is designed in such a way that in addition to size, shape and appearance of the building, the basic systems of cross-sections of walls and roofs can be changed as well. Insulation can be increased, other materials used, etc.

Advantages of Standard plus System: 

• Upgrade of the successful standard system with parapermeability, additional insulation and installation plane.
• A system that permits vapour traverse through the walls of the RIHTER house.
• Outer thickness of insulation is 140 mm (stone wall), which provides for an excellent noise barrier.
• Additional installation plane of 60 mm, which prevents vapour barrier damages and enables the division of all installations.
• Excellent insulation of walls, roof and ceilings and their parapermeability
• Outer walls       U=0,14 W/m²K
• Roof               U=0,13 w/m²K
