Rihter developed two new construction systems to meet the passive house standard.

Features of  the STANDARD PLUS PASIV System:

• Outer walls 490 mm
• Inner walls 149 mm
• Ceilings 270 mm
• Roof 617 mm

Outer wall cross-section (description from outside to inside):

• Parapermeable facade rough-cast
• Stone wool    FP-PL 160 mm
• Gypsum fibreboard 15 mm
• Wooden construction  220 mm
• Insulation DP-3 in a wooden construction 220mm
• OSB plate 15m m
• Installations flat battens 60mm
• Insulation DP-3 in a wooden construction  60mm
• Plasterboard fire-proof plate (GKF)  15 mm

Advantages of the Standard plus pasiv system:

• Maintains and upgrades the features of the Standard plus system and meets the requirements for the construction of passive houses and other buildings

Heat transfer:

• Outer walls                   U=0,095W/m²K
• Roof                            U=0,09 w/m²K
