All RIHTER timber framed houses employ wood as the main material. In the timber framed houses programme, prefabricated wood plasterboards are added to the wood. Plasterboards give us the opportunity to paint walls and ceilings with various colour shades, so you can bring a small part of the natural vibrancy of colours into your home.

The timber framed houses programme can be instantly changed to the wooden houses programme. The exterior of our wooden houses differs from those of classic timber framed houses, as wooden houses are entirely or mostly covered with wood (wooden facade). The interior is made of wood. The smell of wood adds a special quality and cosiness to living. To diversify the interior, we can combine wood with other materials and enliven the place.
