Based on the project of the house, Rihter prepares shop drawings which are then reviewed together with the customer, and coordinated. For the assembly part of the construction, the detailed design (here called the ‘shop drawing’) is prepared together with a technological expert who coordinates the requirements of the architecture, structural engineering, execution technology, and electrical installations for your house.
After the shop drawings are confirmed by the customer, the documentation for manufacture is prepared. The entire making and performance of the house is planned in advance and drawn with specialised computer software.
After turning in the detailed design, the building construction follows.
Manufacturing the house in production: making prefabricated components in production is done on hydraulic assembly tables and all the wall, ceiling, and roof structures are shaped on CNC machines to ensure maximum manufacturing accuracy.Next step: Making the foundation slab
